Scope of Work: Waterproofing, Caulking/Joint Sealing

On this close to home project, Sawtooth’s scope of work included Amaterra’s below grade waterproofing with Tremco’s 250 GC. Applying at a thickness of a minimum of 120 ml’s this structure will be leak free from many elements that will be trying to protrude into the concrete walls. Sawtooth has been asked to start the Caulking portion of the project here soon! Material is being supplied by Emrick, sealants used will be Tremco Spec 1, sidewalks will consist of SL2.
