President
Tyler opened the business in 2000 with his wife Reba. His greatest passions are football and winning. To Ty, running this business is like coaching a football team; putting everyone in the right position to win. You will likely see Ty wearing gear from his favorite team: Oregon State. GO BEAVS!!

Djay Hutchins
Firestopping Division Manager
Djay has been with Sawtooth since 2017. Djay started out in the field where he gained the wisdom and logic behind what it takes to be a Foreman; later on finding himself taking on division manager responsibilities for Sawtooth. Djay currently stands as our Firestopping Division Manager.

Johnathan Morales
Project Manager - Oregon
Johnathan started working for Sawtooth in 2017. Johnathan began working as a field installer for the masonry restoration and traffic coating division. He worked his way up to becoming a foreman, then superintendent for those divisions. Once a project manager position opened up, it was a no-brainer choosing Johnathan. Outside of work, Johnathan enjoys spending time with friends and family, riding dirt bikes, and camping.

Coty Brown
Project Manager - Idaho
Coty has been working with Sawtooth for 6 years. He started in Masonry Restoration and Traffic Coating, then after 3 years, he was asked to transition to new construction. After about 6 months he found his true passion, Project Management. He now holds 3 certificates in Project Management Education and looks to educate and practice in the field of Leadership and Interpersonal Relations. Outside of Sawtooth, Coty loves to play golf with his parents and ride dirt bikes with his close friends and wife.

Casey Amerson
Sr. Estimator
Casey is our Senior Estimator for Sawtooth. When not at work you may find Casey at one of his children’s sporting events (soccer and volleyball), traveling, or at the fire department as a volunteer firefighter. He also enjoys going wine tasting and trying out new restaurants with his wife and friends.

AJ Hedgecock
Vice President
Aj has worked at Sawtooth since the summer of 2014 while in college to help pay for his education. He started out as a field worker and soon progressed to Project Engineer in March of 2016. Through AJ’s hard work and dedication he transitioned into the role of Program Manager in 2018. Once again, AJ’s sights were on something bigger and was eventually promoted to VP of Sales in March of 2021. AJ oversees projects from start to finish, beginning with contract reviews, all the way to scheduling ELD testing for Warranty satisfaction. One fun fact about AJ is he loves the outdoors and golfing with his buddies.

Dan Ficker
Restoration & Traffic Coating Division Manager
Dan is Sawtooth’s Restoration/Maintenance Project Manager. Grew up in a small timber town, enjoys family, friends, fishing hunting camping hiking and being outdoors in the middle of nowhere. Dan has been with the company from 2010-2013, later came back in 2014 and has been with us since. Dan has been in the trade since 1990, various trades such as Brickwork, Traffic Coating, Stucco, Pool restorations, and much much more! Brandon Hall
Safety Director
Brandon Hall started with Sawtooth in the year 2019. Brandon came to us after serving in the Marine Corps for 4 years. Brandon started off his career as a traffic coating installer, after 3 years he moved to the seismic division where he gained further knowledge about the construction industry. He was then promoted to Safety Director as our company grew. Brandon enjoys spending his off time at the U of O Football games, golfing, and enjoying time with his wife and two sons. Shane Sporer
Operations Manager - Idaho
Shane has been with Sawtooth since 2017. Shane started out as a waterproofing installer, he proved himself to be a leader and rose through the ranks. Shane was our superintendent for our waterproofing division before we made the move to Idaho. We couldn’t have asked for a better Operations Manager to make sure our jobs are meeting deadlines and going smoothly. Shane enjoys going fishing in the Snake River and playing some golf with his friends and family on his off time.

Jessica Grell
Billings & Contracts Admin
Jessica joined the team in 2023 as the Contract and Billing Administrator. She feels like she hit the jackpot working with this group and is able to put to good use her previous experience as an escrow officer and AP/contract administrator. In her free time, you can find her spending time with her family, reading, or enjoying a glass of wine.

Reba Stoller
Chief Financial Officer
Reba holds a Masters in Education but left that first love to focus on building Sawtooth. Her background in financials came from her family farm, where she was running the books at the age of 14, and her jobs in finance that helped her pay for college. Her greatest joy is a completed to do list!

Josh Maxwell
Chief Operating Officer
Josh has been with Sawtooth since 2016, starting in the weather barrier and below-grade waterproofing divisions. He quickly learned the many different branches of specialty waterproofing we do and became the chief operations problem solver. Currently, he is the operations manager for Sawtooth. Outside of work, Josh spends time with his wife and enjoys being outside and active.

Corey Salisbury
Fleet Mechanic
Corey joined the Sawtooth family in 2013. Corey started out working in the field as a waterproofer and caulker. Corey worked his way up to foreman status which he helped lead project and oversight. Corey became our fleet mechanic when Sawtooth moved its headquarters to McMinnville, OR in 2020. Corey is in charge of fixing/repairing all of our equipment and trucks and helping maintain our shop.

Easton Ashwell
Estimator
Easton came to Sawtooth in 2022, unclear what his future career would entail. Easton started in the field as a firestopping applicator, When the firestopping division began to grow, he eventually got his chance to become an estimator in that department. Easton now estimates all divisions and is eager to take in more knowledge about the industry. When Easton isn’t working, he loves anything related to sports and fitness, especially playing golf!
