Scope of Work: Waterproofing, Traffic Coating
Amberglen South was a large project for the community of Hillsboro. Two multifamily apartment complexes along with a senior living center. Sawtooth had the opportunity to provide our skills in waterproofing for this project. The scope of our work included Waterproofing all 3 plaza decks with Henry’s Prodeq FX-400. Planters were waterproofed with BASF 615 and drainage mat. All traffic coating on the balconies was done with Henry’s PUMADEQ system.
