Scope of Work: Waterproofing
The Downtown Vancouver Waterfront is booming and so full of life and new beginnings. There is a new beginning for an up and coming apartment complex called Block 3, it’s an eight-story building with brick facing, ground-floor retail and a third-story balcony with three spa features.
Sawtooth was asked to come and perform the install of their Full Underslab and Vertical waterproofing. Our crews really came together on this job and knocked out the installation of Tremco Amphibia, Transitioning to Paraseal LG above the water table line.
