Scope of Work: Masonry Restoration
Sawtooth had the opportunity to come in and reshape this communities walkways along with a few residents patio’s. Before we started this job there was another subcontractor that had been working on this project before us. Unfortunately they were not able to keep up with the demands of the General Contractor (which in this case was Charter Construction). Thus Sawtooth was called in to save the day!
The Scope of this project consisted of our men installing Westcoat Specialty Coating Systems MACoat system. This system is ideal for areas with heavy foot traffic, MACoat waterproofing deck system is a fiberlath reinforced system, engineered for use on elevated concrete and reinforced plywood walking decks. When sealed, MACoat waterproofing deck system offers a durable waterproof coating specified for use on balconies, corridors, stairs, plazas, and landings. This is a custom system that our men are trained and have knowledge in.
