Scope of Work: Joint Sealing

The Owners of Hayden Beverage Company bought the warehouse in 2016 that held 175,434 sq. feet worth of storage space for the dozens of Alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages are stored for distribution. The company decided they needed to expand the warehouse for more storage space. The remodel project will add about 57,400 square feet of additional space to the warehouse along that east side, styled to match the rest of the building. The space will allow for additional storage of wine and beer products, according to an application with the City of Boise.

Sawtooth’s crew was deployed to perform there joint sealing scope of this projects. Joint sealer RS88 a Metzger McGuire product was used on the inside slab of the building. There was roughly around 11,000 linear feet that was needed to be filled.
