Scope of Work: Waterproofing
I'm sure you have never seen one of these before in real life! I welcome you to the real life Hobbit House, created for and by Mr. Randy Julian. This project has been in the process of pre construction for about 10 years now. When the job was first bid, materials were not the price they were now, I think we can all agree upon that one. Sawtooth has decided to accommodate and help Mr. Julian out by staying true to those prices that were in the bid 10 years ago!
Our Waterproofing division had quite the time try to figure out this Hobbit House regarding all the curvature and hard to reach area’s. Through great determination and teamwork, our men on the job finished strong installing Tremco’s Paraseal LG Bentonite waterproofing system. Next step is to install the TremDrain 1000 before they backfill this house and cover it with dirt!
