Scope of Work: Traffic Coating, Waterproofing

Sawtooth had that pleasure of providing Kirkland Construction our waterproofing knowledge and expertise for the Hotel Indigo (Block 4) project. Our Waterproofing Division installed the under slab WP, with CCW Miraply-H system, and grout injection tube/injected around entire base perimeter of the building at the sheet pilings. Also, our Specialty Coating Division sprayed a bunch of FX-400 Henry ProDeq system at grade around L1 perimeter along with Drainboard 220. 250 GC system in both fire tanks as well at 90 mils, remmay in corners, etc.
 Our Traffic Coating Division worked on all the Balconies using Tremco’s 360/951 system along with Tremco’s Puma system on lower level balconies.
