Scope of Work: Waterproofing, Caulking

Sawtooth had the opportunity to provide our expertise and knowledge in below grade waterproofing on the new Police Department they built for Lincoln City’s police staff and officers. Our waterproofing division used Tremco’s below grade Paraseal LG system installed along side with Tremco’s TremDrain 1000 rated for vertical surfaces.

Sawtooth was also entrusted with the task of caulking 1000 lineal feet of Hollow metal door openings with a Security Sealants manufactured by Pecora called DynaFlex. Dynaflex is designed to achieve high tensile and tear strength, abrasion resistance and an ultimate Shore A hardness of 55, yet withstand 25% total joint movement. As a result, this rugged, but flexible sealant is ideally suited for use in institutional and correctional facility installations
