Scope of Work: Waterproofing, Air Barrier, Caulking, Seismic Expansion Joints

Our Waterproofing division used GCP applied technologies Bituthene for our below grade waterproofing. Following behind them is our Air Barrier division, installing Henry’s Blueskin VP 160 WRB sheet applied system. Interior and exterior gaps and joints were sealed with our one of a kind Caulkers. Last but not least, if you make your way to the roof top, you will find our seismic divisions crafty work. Our roof seismic expansion joints ensures a watertight transition where exterior wall seals are installed. The system is available with custom, factory-made transitions to ensure watertight results.
