Scope of Work: Traffic Coating, Caulking
Sawtooth was greeted with the task of taking over some traffic coating for another contractor that couldn’t meet the criteria for completion. First we applied our TC to the lower level patios on all 3 buildings, after finishing the patio’s we were asked by the General Contractor to take over the rest of the the Traffic Coating on the Dog wash rooms. Our crews had to put their heads together and fix any sloping issues along with sealing the perimeter of the room.
Our Caulking division was also apart of this project. They were in called in by the general contractor to perform T&M work on adverse vertical/horizontal joints on site. The Caulkers were also asked to apply sealant around the apartment complexes pool.
