Scope of Work: Masonry Restoration, Caulking/Joint Sealing
Anyone want to take a dip in the pool? Unfortunately the guests that stayed in this short period of time had to withstand their stay without taking a dip. This pool floor at Sea and Sand Hotel, located in Seaside Oregon, needed major repair and a facelift.
Our Masonry Restoration crew chose a WestCoat system to complete our scope of work on this project. WestCoat TC 30 was applied for sloping, following a Texture Crete standard finish and sealing. Stainless streel flashing was also installed around the perimeter of the pool and sauna rooms.
